I’m looking to bring on a part-time assistant to support my growing real estate business behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who is
highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, dependable, and proactive,
someone who enjoys helping things run smoothly and takes pride in supporting a high level of service.
What You’ll Help With:
Administrative and organizational tasks
Transaction and detail support
Social media posting and content assistance
Lead generation support and follow-up tasks
Client, vendor, and team communication
Running errands and supporting client/team events as needed
Creative projects and day-to-day business support
Who I’m Looking For:
Extremely
reliable and responsible

verbal and written communication skills
Organized, task-oriented, and detail-focused
A proactive
problem-solver
who can adapt quickly
Comfortable in both
professional and social settings
Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems
Customer-service minded and professional
Requirements:
High school diploma required
Valid California driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Availability of
10–15 hours per week
to start,
with a planned transition to approximately 20 hours per week over time
Available to enter into a 6-month agreement, with performance and fit evaluation on a month-to-month basis
Real estate license preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Hourly, paid position.
Hiring Process:
Completion of a short questionnaire
Interview with myself and my broker/office administrator
Compensation will be based on experience, licensing, and overall fit.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Knowledge of Real Estate practices and processes; experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Administrative Assistance and Organization skills to manage schedules, records, and appointments efficiently
Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Proficiency in office software and tools is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or administration are advantageous
