Position Summary SENTA Partners is a leading physician-led network of ENT, Allergy, and Audiology practices across the Southeast. We’re committed to empowering patients through education and access to expert care. We’re seeking a Content and Brand Management Specialist to lead SENTA’s ongoing content creation and patient engagement strategy — ensuring a consistent cadence of educational, patient-friendly, and SEO-optimized content that builds trust, enhances visibility, and motivates patients to seek care. This role will also manage partnerships with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) such as the Allergy & Asthma Network and the Hearing Loss Association of America, integrating their perspectives and credibility into SENTA’s educational initiatives. This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for someone with pharmaceutical, OTC healthcare, or patient-education marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution — Manage the ongoing production of high-quality, patient-friendly content across SENTA websites, blogs, and digital channels

Coordinate freelance writers and publications and manage workflows from brief, draft, clinician review, and through to publication

Oversee clinician review for accuracy and compliance

Partner with design and web teams to ensure content is visually optimized and conversion-friendly

Maintain the editorial calendar and track KPIs

Patient Advocacy Group Partnerships

Identify and manage relationships with key advocacy groups

Co-develop educational guides, webinars, and awareness campaigns

Coordinate content review panels

Secure co-branded distribution opportunities

SEO & Performance Optimization

Identify ranking gaps and optimize content

Maintain EEAT signals

Refresh and expand legacy pages

Project & Vendor Management

Participate in budgets, timelines, and deliverables

Manage agency and freelance relationships

Track and report outcomes

Additional responsibilities as assigned (e.g., Social Media, Internal Communications, Graphic Design)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

2–4 years of experience in healthcare or related marketing experience required

Understanding of patient education and digital content best practices

Familiarity with SEO tools

Strong communication and project management skills
