About the Role - REMOTE OptiMantra and Cerbo are modern SaaS EMR platforms serving integrative, functional, wellness, and concierge care practices, direct primary care, behavioral health practices and medspas. We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Product Marketing Manager to drive positioning, competitive intelligence, go‑to‑market strategy, and sales enablement across both platforms.

This is the first Product Marketing role at OptiMantra and Cerbo. You will have the opportunity to build the function from the ground up, establish best practices, define processes, and shape how product marketing drives revenue impact across the organization.

We are especially looking for someone who is AI curious. Not someone who has all the answers, but someone actively exploring how AI can make product marketing smarter, faster, and more impactful. You are energized by learning, experimenting, and applying AI tools to improve insight generation, messaging refinement, competitive monitoring, and GTM performance.

What You’ll Own Positioning and Messaging

Define and refine differentiated positioning for OptiMantra and Cerbo

Craft value propositions tailored to integrative and functional healthcare providers

Translate product capabilities into clear clinical, operational, and financial outcomes

Ensure consistent messaging across marketing, sales, and customer success

Lead product launches from strategy through enablement and post‑launch optimization

Develop GTM plans grounded in customer insight, usage data, and competitive intelligence

Align cross‑functional stakeholders around launch goals, KPIs, and success metrics

Identify expansion and cross‑sell opportunities across both EMR platforms

Sales and Partner Enablement

Serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership

Develop sales narratives, pitch decks, objection handling guides, competitive battlecards, and proof points

Partner with sales on win‑loss analysis to continuously refine positioning

Enable strategic partners with differentiated messaging and market insights

Ensure partners are equipped to articulate value clearly and confidently

Support teams with ongoing competitive updates and market intelligence

AI‑Driven Customer and Market Insight

Leverage AI tools to synthesize:

Customer interviews and NPS data

Support and implementation feedback

Win‑loss insights

Usage and behavioral trends

Use AI to accelerate competitive research and identify market shifts

Continuously explore emerging AI capabilities that improve product marketing workflows

Champion experimentation with AI to enhance speed, clarity, and strategic decision‑making

Own ongoing competitive intelligence across EMR and adjacent health tech markets

Translate competitive insights into clear differentiation strategies

Anticipate market shifts and proactively evolve positioning

Partner with leadership to inform pricing, packaging, and roadmap prioritization

Performance and Optimization

Define and track product marketing KPIs including adoption, feature utilization, conversion lift, and launch impact

Use data and AI‑supported analysis to continuously refine GTM execution

Translate insights into strategic recommendations for product and executive teams
