Crawlspace Medic is looking for a
Sales Inspector
to join our
Atlanta, GA
market. You’ll be the face of the brand—meeting homeowners and B2B partners, inspecting crawlspaces, diagnosing issues, and selling repair/remediation solutions.
This is a great fit for someone who loves consultative sales, isn’t afraid to get a little dirty in the field, and wants a strong earnings runway with a mission-driven home services company.

~ $75,000 OTE (base + performance-based bonuses)

What you’ll do
Drive sales in the local franchise market
Track, follow up on, and
close inbound and referred leads
in the Atlanta market.
Participate in
networking and marketing activities
to support lead generation.
Perform crawlspace inspections & create solutions
Conduct thorough
crawlspace inspections
to identify issues and document findings.
Create detailed
scopes of work
for repair/remediation, including pricing and materials.
Identify common crawlspace problems, such as:
High wood moisture, standing water, water intrusion, efflorescence
Wood rot, dry rot, water damage, insect-damaged wood
Structural issues in both wood and masonry
Determine the overall
health of the crawlspace environment
and quantify needed repairs.
Collaborate with operations & crews
Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after inspections—explaining findings and recommended solutions.
Work closely with
office staff and repair crews , using scopes of work and diagrams/graphs to ensure accurate execution.
Partner with the local operations team to
drive profitability
(assist dispatch, conduct QC checks, and help improve efficiency).
Maintain performance standards
Keep sales metrics within or above expectations.
Maintain clean, accurate documentation in company systems.
Support other duties as assigned to help the market grow.

Communicate clearly in writing and in person (phone, in-home visits, and with internal teams).
Are comfortable with
technology
(tablets, CRM, scheduling/dispatch tools).
Are a
self-starter
who can manage your own schedule and dispatch from a device or tablet.
Have
sales experience
with a proven ability to close; industry experience in home services, construction, or related fields is a plus.
Are able—and willing—to
navigate crawlspaces efficiently
(with training) and translate what you find into clear solutions for customers.
