Crawlspace Medic is looking for a
Sales Inspector
to join our
Greenville, SC
market. You’ll be the face of the brand—meeting homeowners and B2B partners, inspecting crawlspaces, diagnosing issues, and selling repair/remediation solutions.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales, doesn’t mind getting into crawlspaces, and wants a strong earnings path with a mission-driven, values-based company.

~ $75,000 OTE (base + performance-based bonuses)

What you’ll do
Drive sales in the local franchise market
Track, follow up on, and
close sales leads
in the Greenville market.
Participate in
networking and marketing activities
to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Conduct thorough
crawlspace inspections
to identify issues and document findings.
Create detailed
scopes of work
for repair/remediation, including pricing and required materials.
Identify common crawlspace problems, such as:
High wood moisture content, standing water, water intrusion, efflorescence
Wood rot, dry rot, water damage, insect damage to wood
Structural issues in both wood and masonry
Assess the
health of the crawlspace environment
and quantify needed repairs. Perform crawlspace inspections & create solutions
Collaborate with operations & crews
Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after inspections—explaining findings and recommended solutions.
Work closely with
office staff and repair crews , using scopes of work and graphs to ensure accurate execution.
Partner with the local operations team to
drive profitability , including helping with dispatch, QC checks, and efficiency initiatives as needed.
Maintain performance standards
Meet or exceed
sales metrics and expectations .
Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal processes.
Support other duties as assigned to help the Greenville market grow.

with a proven ability to close; experience in home services, construction, or related trades is a plus.
Are willing and able to
navigate crawlspaces efficiently
(with training) and translate findings into clear, compelling solutions for customers.
