Responsibilities Automotive Sales Associate:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology
- Follow proven steps to close sales
- Follow up with customers for repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers to build your book of business
- Use social media to engage with prospects and promote dealership offerings
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership processes
Requirements/Qualifications Automotive Sales Associate:
- Prior sales or auto dealership experience is a HUGE plus!
- Good social media, communication, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated to achieve sales goals
- A teachable team participant
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
