
Job duties: Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and lenders regarding loan closing packages. Obtain title searches and commitments. Prepare settlement statements Draft letters and correspondence Gather and research all relevant papers, figures, and documents, and ensure the contracts conform to certain standards Check for any objections or encumbrances on the title and order the proper documentation ahead of the closing. Comply with documents: contracts, settlement statements, closing disclosures, mortgages, deeds, and title policies Ensure the monetary amounts are correct to satisfy mortgages, taxes, and judgments, and oversee the collection of all fees and charges that were agreed to for the sale. Ensure that all legal documents involved in the transaction are properly notarized, recorded, and prepared in proper form. Build relationships with clients Prospect new clients Attend networking events Build relationships with client referrals.Requirements: License Title Agent Notary Public License Knowledge of TRID compliance requirements Must live in the Orlando, Florida area to travel to the office as needed.
