Genesis Staffing is currently looking for bilingual (English/Spanish)customer service representatives in Whitehouse, TX to join our client's team! Our customer is committed to minimizing environmental impact while delivering exceptional customer service. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, position is temp to hire paying $18.00/hr.
Job Summary: We seek a dynamic, bilingual Customer Service Representative who will not only excel in providing outstanding customer service but also play a vital role in assisting with various administrative tasks. In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the efficient operation of our office while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide best in class Customer Service to customers through phone, email and in person interactions. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a deep understanding of waste management services to answer customer questions accurately. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns. Provide administrative support to teams as needed. Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos and emails. Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed. Enter data into systems and databases and perform daily record keeping functions, maintaining and keeping accurate and up to date customer records. Enter financial and operational data into relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and security in all administrative and finance tasks. Generate reports and summaries for management as required, and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to speak both English and Spanish strongly preferred. Prior experience working in customer service roles required, preferably within in-bound call centers. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, preferably in both Spanish and English. Proficiency in using computers and office software, ability to easily learn new software functionality required. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities required. Must pay attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are required. Benefits:
