Customer Service Representatives

Our client is committed to minimizing environmental impact while delivering exceptional customer service in the environmental/waste industry. Call center experience is preferred but not required, must have strong customer service skills and experience. Experience utilizing automated systems for handling calls and documentation is required.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain a deep understanding of waste management services to answer customer questions accurately Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer inquiries
Provide Administrative Support to teams as needed
Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos and emails Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed
Data Entry and Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases Enter financial and operational data into relevant systems Ensure data integrity and security in all administrative and finance tasks Generate reports and summaries for management as required
Other tasks as assigned Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in customer service, administrative support required Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in using office software Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy are essential Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Benefits

Vision: adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, the giving of directions and other business interactions. Hearing: Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals. Carrying: able to occasionally carry up to 20lbs/9kg.
