Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support by managing calendars, scheduling, preparing documents, handling correspondence, and supporting the ancillary team with systems, processes, and best practices Manage carrier and policy activities by maintaining strong carrier relationships, processing applications, endorsements, renewals, and claims assistance, coordinating with internal teams and underwriters, and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and confidentiality Maintain accurate client and policy data in agency management systems while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes, and contribute to overall operational efficiency and service excellence Qualifications
Education in insurance, business, or a related field preferred, with proven administrative experience in the insurance industryideally supporting group benefitsand a solid understanding of insurance products, policies, and procedures Proficient with insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong time?management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with carriers and internal stakeholders; strong problem?solving and decision?making abilities; adaptable and effective in a fast?paced, changing environment Additional Information
