RESPONSIBILITIES
Support account management by entering and maintaining client and policy data, processing changes, invoicing, and assisting with renewals and new business
Build knowledge in Medical Malpractice and ancillary liability lines while managing small business accounts and client relationships
Collaborate with carriers, clients, and internal teams using AMS360, Microsoft Office, and other Alera tools to ensure accurate documentation and seamless service
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years of customer service experience and 0–2 years of insurance experience
Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills, with willingness to obtain a P&C license within 90 days
Proficient in MS Office and data entry; experience with AMS360 is a plus
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

Salary range is $50K to $52K per year.
