Why are you interested in serving as an Administrative Specialist for JCSD, and what strengths would you bring to the role? Briefly describe how you've used them in an executive support role. Describe your experience supporting an executive or senior leadership team. Include the types of tasks you handled (e.g., calendar management, correspondence, board support, travel, confidential matters). Describe any experience you have supporting Boards, Committees, or Commissions, including agenda preparation, minutes, compliance with public meeting requirements, etc. Do you have a high school diploma or an equivalent to completing the twelfth (12th) grade? Do you have an equivalent to an associate degree from an accredited college with major coursework in public administration, business administration, or a related field?
