Escrow Assistant

The Escrow Assistant provides essential support to escrow officers by managing administrative tasks, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth and accurate processing of real estate transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. We have multiple positions available within the Denver Metro area. Duties

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Open and maintain escrow files in compliance with company standards. Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy. Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties to gather required information. Track transaction timelines and ensuring deadlines are met. Assist with balancing files and preparing disbursement instructions. Handle confidential information with discretion. Provide administrative support to escrow officers and closing teams. Greet clients, real estate agents, lenders, and visitors with a professional, warm, and welcoming demeanor. Answer and route incoming calls promptly; provide basic file updates when appropriate. Manage the lobby and signing rooms to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for appointments. Coordinate signing room schedules and assist with preparing rooms for closings. Assist clients dropping off earnest money, contracts, or closing documentsensuring items are logged, scanned, and routed properly. Maintain office supplies, kitchen supplies, and general front-office organization. Education

Technical Skills: Proficiency in escrow and title software systems; Knowledge of real estate transaction processes. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Excellent communication and customer service skills. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous experience in escrow, title, or real estate preferred. Notary Public (State of Colorado). Title Insurance Producer License (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). Experience

Exceptional customer service skills, detail oriented, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Understands escrow/closing standards, title commitments and requirements, real estate regulations and guidelines, proration, per diems, lender documents, real estate documents, document preparation, etc. Team player, self-starter, committed, dedicated, respectful and hard working. These are fully on sight positions (not remote/hybrid) with standard working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM

5:00 PM. Quality: Accuracy in documentation, compliance with regulations. Productivity: Timely file processing and support for multiple transactions. Behavior: Professional communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. Additional Information

This position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $19.00 - $22.00 based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
