Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Records Specialist to join a large and reputable law firm in Minneapolis, MN. This is a full time, permanent position, great culture, and full benefits. Our client is ideally seeking a Records Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hard working, organized, and detail-oriented professional. Key Responsibilities: Communicate and collaborate with incoming attorneys, clients, and departments regarding all aspects of the matter mobility process. Uphold firm policies and procedures related to the matter mobility process. Reviewing and analyzing data associated with matter transfers. Documenting all actions taken within the designated tracking system and the firm's document management system (DMS). Identify issues related to information management technologies and communicate solutions. Perform database searches, audits, and data reviews as required. Utilize iCompli to track and ensure correct information. Assist with other special duties and projects Qualifications: Minimum of two years of experience in records management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed Experience with iManage and iCompli preferred but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and strong time management skills Why Apply?
