We are hiring a
Field Sales Representative
to support market expansion efforts for one of our clients in emerging markets. This is a high-impact, outside sales role focused on signing new restaurant partnerships in rural and untapped territories surrounding Peru, IL. If you are a strong closer who thrives in face-to-face selling and enjoys being on the road, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Do Travel throughout assigned territory (50%+ travel required; occasional overnights) Prospect and meet restaurant owners face-to-face Pitch the value of partnering with the client Negotiate revenue share agreements Manage a fast, transactional sales cycle (closing within days) Build and execute territory growth strategies Collaborate with Regional Sales leadership to drive expansion
What We’re Looking For 2+ years of successful sales experience in a closing role Experience selling to SMBs (restaurants or food & beverage preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Comfortable traveling frequently and working independently
Compensation $29.00 per hour Uncapped commission (OTE approx. $1,750/month — high performers can exceed this) Travel expenses covered
