Role Description Results-driven Account Executive specializing in responding to inbound leads, RFP’s, renewals, and enterprise SaaS sales within the transportation demand management and commuter benefits sector. Experienced in managing private sector, government and institutional sales processes from inbound leads through contract award. Strong writer and communicator with a track record of leading RFQ/RFP responses, coordinating cross-functional teams, and expanding existing accounts.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Public Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) 1–3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, public sector sales, consulting, or related client-facing role Demonstrated experience preparing proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, Statements of Work (SOWs), or other structured business documents Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear, persuasive narratives Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance email communication, proposal drafting, and RFP response development Willingness to travel periodically for conferences, client meetings, and industry events (e.g., ACT, TDM Forum, regional MPO meetings) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
