Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension/hire)
Location: New York, NY 10010 (Hybrid preferred, Remote OK)
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Publishing QA/QC Lead to oversee quality control for our digital publishing operations. You will ensure that all digital assets including web pages, forms, social posts, emails, and marketing content are error-free, compliant with brand and ADA accessibility standards, and function flawlessly across all platforms. You will also support and train the QA/QC team and own quality assurance for

Responsibilities: Lead QA/QC: Serve as the lead QA/QC resource, establishing quality standards and best practices for the Digital Publishing team. Hands-On Testing: Perform QA/QC for AEM content, Hearsay content, Adobe Target, forms, social posts, emails, landing pages, and microsites. Accessibility & Compatibility: Conduct ADA compliance testing and cross-browser/device testing. Documentation: Create and manage QA documentation, checklists, and testing protocols. Team Development: Provide feedback and training to team members to improve quality and efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with authors, developers, and project managers to resolve issues quickly. ADA Expertise: Stay current with ADA/WCAG standards, communicating updates and training the team. Process Improvement: Participate in ongoing efforts to enhance digital publishing workflows and testing efficiency. Authoring Support: May be asked to perform authoring tasks as needed.
Must-Have Skills & Experience: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise Strong attention to detail and copywriting skills QA/QC experience in digital publishing Understanding of ADA compliance and policy Ability to coordinate with marketing leads and web/design teams Strong communication skills; prior management or coaching experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Hearsay, Adobe Target, OneTrust, DAM platforms, Workfront, and Stensul Strong understanding of WCAG, usability, and responsive design best practices Ability to manage multiple concurrent reviews and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
