Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualize user flows and design concepts
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and business requirements
• Apply and contribute to design systems and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency
• Implement responsive and adaptive design principles across devices and screen sizes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce engaging, high-quality digital content across platforms
• Communicate design intent clearly to partners and development teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Manage design initiatives from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Partner closely with business users and developers to ensure design feasibility and technical alignment
• Participate in design retrospectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes
• Engage with global design peers to share best practices and evolve design workflows

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles with demonstrable professional experience
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Excellent knowledge of storyboarding and user flow development
• Strong visual design skills with a refined attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter while contributing effectively to team environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams
