About the Role
Vertex Roofing is hiring outgoing and motivated individuals to represent our company at home shows, retail locations, and community events. Your job will be to speak with homeowners, generate interest in roof inspections, and help schedule appointments.
This is a great role for energetic, confident people who enjoy interacting with others and want the opportunity to earn strong incentive pay.
What You’ll Do
Work at home shows, retail locations, and local events
Speak with homeowners and generate qualified leads
Help schedule roof inspections
Set up and break down event booths
Represent the company professionally and positively
Compensation
Hourly pay: $18–$22/hr
Additional performance incentives
High performers consistently earn well above hourly pay
Schedule
Mostly evenings and weekends
Flexible scheduling
Part-time to start, with opportunity for more hours
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality
Comfortable approaching and talking with strangers
Reliable and punctual
Ability to stand and work events for several hours
Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Opportunities for Growth We are building a local events team and prefer to promote from within. Strong performers may advance into team lead or management roles as the program grows.
