In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for client questions, updates, and coordination. Youll work within established systems and processes to ensure every interaction is professional, accurate, and supportive. What Youll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via email and messaging platforms Provide accurate information, updates, and next steps Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and general coordination Document interactions and maintain organized client records Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure completion Deliver friendly, professional service in every interaction What Were Looking For:
