Respond to customer inquiries via email and messaging platforms

Provide accurate information, updates, and next steps

Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and general coordination

Document interactions and maintain organized client records

Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure completion

Deliver friendly, professional service in every interaction

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Customer service or client-facing experience preferred (not required)

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
