As our installation network expands, we are investing in our Compliance team to support that growth. We are seeking a Subcontractor Compliance Specialist to help onboard and approve high-quality exterior remodeling installation partners. This person will play a critical role in working directly with subcontractors, brokers, and insurance providers to collect and verify all required documentation, ensuring partners meet our standards and can be activated quickly. Our rapid sales growth has created more demand than our current network can support. This role will be essential in helping us scale by keeping partners compliant, approved, and ready to install across our operating markets.
What You’ll Do:
Own the compliance and onboarding process for new subcontractors from start to finish
Proactively contact subcontractors, insurance brokers, and agents to collect Certificates of Insurance (COIs), W9s, and all required documentation
Review insurance coverage and documentation to ensure partners meet company standards
Follow up consistently and persistently to prevent delays and keep partners moving through the pipeline
Maintain organized, accurate records in Breezy and internal tracking systems
Partner closely with Recruiting and Operations to help activate subcontractors quickly
Identify and resolve compliance issues and missing requirements
Help build and improve processes to scale subcontractor onboarding efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Experience in compliance, onboarding, credentialing, insurance verification, or subcontractor/vendor management
Comfortable making frequent outbound calls to subcontractors, brokers, and insurance companies
Strong follow‑up skills and persistence - you don’t let things fall through the cracks
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors in different stages at once
Strong sense of urgency and ownership
Clear and confident communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Experience in construction, home improvement, or contractor compliance is a strong plus
