As a Senior Product Designer at CCT, you'll have an impact on the operations and leadership of hundreds of resorts around the world. We're at an exciting inflection point—building a new version of our analytics software, migrating our trusted desktop application to a modern web-based platform, and creating predictive features that anticipate operational needs before they arise. In this role, you'll define problems, devise solutions, and validate our solutions with users. Daily collaboration with product and engineering partners distributed across the United States is core to the work. We're looking for a designer who's energized by building new experiences and thoughtfully improving existing ones—always keeping user needs front and center.
What will you be doing?
Shape how casino leaders understand and act on their data by designing clear, unified views across gaming, hotel, food & beverage, and retail
Lead design reviews and articulate the strategic rationale behind design decisions
Design and prototype end-to-end workflows for high-stakes operations—reporting, cash management, and auditing
Interview users and run user tests to deeply understand user needs and validate solutions
Review user feedback, on-site observations, product analytics and stakeholder goals to identify opportunities to enhance user experience
What makes you a great fit?
You have worked in product design for 5+ years with a portfolio to prove that you can create a visual design and UX that delivers for both users and stakeholders.
Curiosity abounds - you care about design, follow trends, and investigate new methods for solving problems. You love learning.
Prototyping is your path to iterating on solutions, and you’re an expert with design tools like Figma. Ideally, you’ve embraced the AI prototyping world of v0, Figma Make, Lovable, etc.
You are driven to deliver the best solution for customers and our business by gathering feedback from end users, testing hypotheses, and collaborating with product, engineering, customer success, and leadership to gain insights and feedback
You're comfortable presenting your work to senior leaders and incorporating constructive feedback.
