Weare seeking talented individuals to work as part of our Services team, performingsoftware installations and value-added Services toour growing client-base.
The Technical Consultant role utilizes theirtechnical knowledge in areas such as SQL, C#, XML, and other software skills todevelop client’s custom needs. This roleis a perfect blend of software development and solution design, coupled withclient interaction and consulting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work alongside ourclients’ Management to determine the necessary custom development orconfigurations necessary to solve their unique needs.
Using SQL, developcustom process, build custom reports, or alter the existing reports required bythe client.
Leverage yourknowledge of our data structures, third party systems, and a variety ofreporting tools to consolidate data across many systems to tell a story to theclient.
Combine youranalytical ability and problem-solving skills to solve problems.
Communicate, bothin-person and through technical documentation with clients, on theirenvironmental needs and configuration.
Provide Supportservices to our clients in a production environment.
Demonstrates andprovides outstanding customer and employee relations at all times.

Disciplined inapproach to work product completion and timelines.
Must have analyticalthought processes to make independent decisions.
Ability andwillingness to work extended hours on a sporadic basis (during certain days ona client implementation) as required.
Ability andwillingness to work on multiple assignments/projects in a fast-pacedenvironment and meet tight deadlines.
Ability andwillingness to work independently.
Ability toeffectively formulate and communicate ideas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in technicalor business field such as MIS, BIS, ISYS, Computer Science
Proficient with MSSQL Server development.
Excellent technicalwriting and oral communication skills
Ability to work aspart of a project team structure
Ability to workon-site at client locations throughout North America
Ability to passstringent background investigations, required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
