Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Amazon Operations & Fulfillment Manager
to oversee daily warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, and a proven background in managing fast-paced distribution environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations.
Manage order processing, picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
Ensure all Amazon orders meet SLA and compliance standards.
Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate replenishment.
Supervise warehouse staff and lead performance improvement initiatives.
Generate and analyze operational reports and KPIs.
Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon Logistics, etc.).
Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Amazon operations or fulfillment management.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of 3PL and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing high-volume eCommerce accounts.
Background in inventory control and forecasting.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
