Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analysis to identify profitable investment opportunities. Client Relationships:
Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors, offering expert guidance throughout the process. Property Listings:
List and market multi-family properties, including apartments, duplexes, triplexes, and other residential and commercial properties. Negotiations:
Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients. Transaction Management:

Proven experience or strong interest in multi-family residential commercial real estate (duplex, triplex, 6-plex, apartment complexes). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to thrive in a competitive commercial real estate environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. A Real Estate License is required to earn commission income. Compensation
