Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Resident Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day management of a 680‑unit community

This role is responsible for delivering a high‑touch, hospitality‑driven resident experience while maintaining strong operational, financial, and compliance standards

Oversee all daily operations of the assigned property

Manage vendors, expenses, purchasing, and inventory

Conduct regular property inspections

Manage leasing activities, renewals, pricing, and vacancy planning

Achieve competitive occupancy and rental growth targets

Analyze market trends and competitive properties

Conduct move‑ins, move‑outs, and inspections

Plan and execute resident community events

Monitor resident feedback and online reputation

Ensure Fair Housing, ADA, and regulatory compliance

Oversee collections, delinquencies, and eviction processes
