
Solutions Architect (PreSales)
We are seeking a competitive, self‑motivated individual to join our Solutions Architect (Pre‑Sales) team. This pre‑sales person provides technical/functional/architectural support to both existing and prospective customers. Uses technical, influencing and relationship‑building skills in working with vendors, partners and sales to ensure that optimum solutions are provided to customers. Assists Sales in campaign strategies.

Required
5+ years’ experience serving in a pre‑sales or related customer facing role.
High Performance Computing experience
Experience with tape libraries
Federal technology market experience
Strong planning and time‑management skills.
Helpful
Working knowledge of Cloud data storage.
Familiarity with data storage or backup software industry.
Working knowledge of NAS.
Working knowledge of backup and archive processes and methodologies.
Working knowledge of data migration strategies and use of scripting is a nice‑to‑have.
Working knowledge of storage arrays, networking protocols, and general connectivity in multi‑platform enterprise environments.
Sharp writing, verbal and presentation skills.
Location Colorado. Must be able to be in‑person at HQ as needed and reside within commutable distance.
Education Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related business/technical field is preferred.
Travel Travel to customer sites, up to 50% of the time.

Compensation Base $124,000 - $149,000 + Commission
