We are looking for an Architectural Designer I to join our Denver-based design team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is eager to learn, highly motivated, and excited to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative design‑build environment. This position offers hands‑on experience across a wide range of residential projects — including remodels, additions, and custom homes — and the opportunity to grow into a larger design and technical role over time.
What You’ll Do
Support architects and project leads on residential projects from concept through construction documentation
Assist with site analysis, zoning and code research, and early design studies
Develop drawings, models, and details using Revit
Help produce permit and construction drawing sets
Coordinate with interiors, pre‑construction, and construction teams
Participate in internal design discussions and project meetings
Support redlines, revisions, and documentation updates
Jump in where needed — from design support to project organization and coordination
Learn and grow through real project exposure and mentorship
What We’re Looking For
0–5 years of professional experience in architecture or residential design
Degree in Architecture or related field preferred
Working knowledge of Revit (academic or professional)
Familiarity with residential construction and detailing a plus
Understanding of basic building systems and materials preferred
Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to receive feedback and apply it quickly
Interest in working in a collaborative design‑build setting
Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with evolving priorities
Strong technical curiosity and an interest in how buildings actually go together
Ownership mindset and willingness to take initiative
Tools & Skills
Revit proficiency required
Familiarity with SketchUp, Enscape, and/or Bluebeam a plus
Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
Licensure & Growth
Exposure to all phases of practice supporting architectural licensure progression
Mentorship from experienced architects, designers, and builders
Opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time
Why This Role
Growth‑oriented position with a clear path to increased responsibility
Hands‑on experience on real residential projects from early design through construction
Supportive, collaborative team environment
Opportunity to develop both design and technical skills
Exposure to a fully integrated design‑build workflow
Our Culture
We value curiosity, ownership, and people who are excited to solve problems.
Our team works closely across architecture, interiors, preconstruction, and construction to deliver thoughtful, buildable projects.
