Residential Operations Specialist
to join our team. The Residential Operations Specialist coordinates and implements on‑site training for Residential and Senior Living Operations, while supporting the ongoing communication of policies and procedures at the site level. They will take an extended role in post‑transition training, intensive repositioning of in‑need sites, as well as Property Manager coverage due to leaves and vacancies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides intensive and/or extended training support for a variety of needs.
Facilitates and provides onboarding and training support during new property acquisitions for operational effectiveness and compliance with company standards
Facilitates training programs for Residential Operations via in‑person sessions and virtual platforms on an as‑needed basis.
Partners with the Director of Training to identify and assess training and development needs through job analysis, career paths, survey metrics and annual goals.
Actively supports new program launches for the Residential Division, partnering with all departments to ensure a seamless process and ensures teams are well educated.
Facilitates updates to the Residential Operational policies and procedures manual and ensures information is conveyed to sites as needed.
Partners with the Director of Training to evaluate organizational performance to ensure that provided trainings meet business needs and improving performance.
Stays abreast of all Property Manager, Assistant Manager and Assistant Executive Director job functions, so that any of these roles may be assumed with minimal notice while functioning in line with company standard procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Work in a high‑pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills.
Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work‑related purposes as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
Experience in the property management or senior living industry, required.
At least 3 years of experience in an operations role within Beztak.
Bachelor’s degree, preferred, preferably in Adult Learning, Education, Human Resources, Communication, or another related field.
A minimum of two years’ experience in training, preferred.
Experience with various HRIS, LMS, and Yardi Voyager, strongly preferred.
Ability to travel, up to 75% of the time.
