after 90 days of successful employment Competitive pay with

Property management experience preferred, but not required Strong customer service and sales skills Ability to lead, train, and motivate leasing teams Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel (Entrata experience a plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities
Support interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training office staff Drive occupancy goals through effective leasing and marketing strategies Monitor and support rent collections and delinquency standards Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and administrative tasks Maintain professional presentation of staff, office, and community Deliver outstanding resident service by responding promptly to requests and concerns Join Brookside at British Woods and Residences at Devanshire and take the next step in your property management career.
