Heart of Chicago Homes is hiring Showing Agents to support our Buyer & Seller Agents by managing property showings and providing professional client access across the Chicago area.
This role is ideal for licensed agents or those in the final stages of licensing who want consistent field opportunities, flexible scheduling, and hands‑on experience inside a high‑performing real estate operation
without carrying full sales responsibility.

Showing Agents focus on one thing:
Getting buyers into homes efficiently, professionally, and with a great experience.
You are
not responsible
for:
Prospecting Client conversion
Your job is to represent the team in the field, execute showings smoothly, and help create positive client interactions.
Appointments Provided All showing requests are scheduled through our systems.
You may be assigned:
Buyer property showings Listing access appointments Back-to-back showing routes when available
You can accept as many showing requests as your schedule allows. Showing volume is influenced by availability, responsiveness, and reliability.
Schedule & Flexibility Weekday, evening, and weekend opportunities Freedom to accept or decline showing requests
This role works well for agents who want: Practical field experience Flexible income opportunities Consistent showing volume without full sales pressure
Responsibilities Conduct buyer property showings
Provide property access for listings when needed
Represent Heart of Chicago Homes professionally in the field
Communicate promptly with clients and internal team members
Follow the instructions and feedback procedures
Submit property notes and client impressions after appointments
Qualifications Who This Is For Licensed real estate agents (or actively completing licensing)
Agents are comfortable meeting buyers in person
Reliable, punctual, and professional individuals
Strong communicators who are detail-oriented and responsive
This Is Not a Fit If You require a fully remote role
You are uncomfortable meeting clients in person
You struggle with responsiveness or punctuality
Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license
Reliable personal vehicle
Willingness to travel throughout all service areas as needed
Compensation $3,000 monthly DOE
