Marketing BPO and Sales Operations leadership role requires a blend of strategic growth management and deep expertise in managed marketing services. Core Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Leadership: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, define Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and manage C-suite relationships to drive large-scale marketing transformations. Operational Excellence: Oversee complex sales and marketing back-office processes, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and optimize workflows. Managed Marketing Services: Design and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, including social media and web engagement, while ensuring alignment with client brand strategies. Sales Enablement & Support: Equip sales teams with the necessary training, data, and content to drive activity, and manage critical "order-to-cash" processes from order creation to fulfillment. Advanced Technology Integration: Lead the adoption of GenAI, CRM (Salesforce and ADOBE), and automation tools to enhance marketing efficiency and forecasting accuracy. This job can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise

Experience: Significant experience (10+ years relevant Marketing BPO) in sales pursuit and deal shaping, with a proven track record in selling complex managed services or BPO solutions. Domain Expertise: Deep subject matter knowledge in integrated marketing operations, including digital channels (web, mobile, social, email) and leading marketing platforms. Consulting Skills: Strong management consulting and strategic thinking abilities, including the capacity to architect innovative solutions and manage organizational change. Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing cross-functional and often global teams. Business Acumen: Strong financial acumen, an understanding of budgeting and forecasting, and the ability to translate business requirements into high-performing solutions. Strategic Sales Acumen: Deep expertise in navigating complex sales environments, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing targeted sales strategies to drive revenue expansion and increase market share. Advanced Client Relationship Building: Experience with establishing and maintaining high-level client relationships, leveraging exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of operational management principles, with a focus on optimizing service delivery, streamlining processes, and driving exceptional results in fast-paced business environments.
