Compensation Package
Salary Range:
2+ years of experience: $60,000 - $75,000
5+ years of experience: $75,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts of varying sizes, with a primary focus on contracts and construction.
Handle renewals and new business processes, including quoting and binding policies.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure seamless administrative support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system (EZLynx).
Support the COO and other team members in achieving departmental goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management; 5+ years preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in EZLynx or similar agency management software.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
