About the role Note: This position is Hybrid to Pearl River, New York.
We are seeking a CRM Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of practical, high-impact CRM solutions, with Salesforce as our primary platform. This role partners with Sales, Client, Operations, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements that improve CRM usability, adoption, and business processes.
This is a growth-oriented role for an early-career Business Analyst (2-4 years experience) who is eager to build capability in discovery, requirements definition, and delivery coordination. The role operates with increasing independence over time as experience and capability develop.
This position is part of the Global CRM Solutions team and reports to the SVP, Global CRM & Business Solutions. As a member of a close-knit, collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to work across regions and brands, gaining exposure to our global business operations while contributing to meaningful initiatives that impact multiple markets.
What you'll do Discovery & Requirements
Participate in and progressively lead discovery sessions to understand workflows, pain points, and decision needs
Document current-state and future-state business processes
Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
Ensure requirements are structured, testable, and aligned to intended business outcomes
Solution Development Support
Partner with Salesforce administrators to clarify functional intent during solution design
Support refinement discussions and resolve requirement questions during build
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and release readiness activities
Planning, Intake & Coordination
Support management of a centralized CRM intake and backlog process
Assist in tracking CRM initiatives, timelines, scope, and dependencies
Contribute to prioritization and backlog review meetings
Ensure work items are clearly defined before entering delivery
Adoption & Continuous Improvement
Support efforts to reduce reliance on spreadsheets and manual processes
Help ensure delivered solutions are practical and usable for end users
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar analytical role
Experience documenting business processes and writing structured requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to gather input and facilitate structured discussions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with CRM, sales, or operational systems (Salesforce preferred)
Experience with collaboration and project tools such as Asana, Jira, Miro, or similar platforms a plus
Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies to improve documentation quality, analysis, and workflow efficiency
Development & Growth This role is designed for a developing Business Analyst who is motivated to grow into greater ownership of discovery, prioritization, and solution design over time. With coaching and mentorship, the successful candidate will progressively take on increased responsibility in leading initiatives independently.

Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
