Tasks As the
Contract Specialist , you will perform the following duties:
Develops and maintains a centralized contract management database to ensure accurate storage, organization, and traceability of purchasing and sales agreements
Extracts, analyzes, and maintains key contract terms and conditions (e.g., pricing, deliverables, renewal dates, compliance requirements) to support operational execution and risk management
Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to communicate contract obligations and ensure organizational readiness
Coordinates and collaborates with Lufthansa Group entities domestically and internationally to align contract management practices and support group‑wide requirements
* All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements You must fulfill the following requirements:
High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor’s degree desirable
Master’s degree desirable
Professional experience desirable
Fluency in English language required
German and other language desirable
MS Office skills as user
