The Commercial Contract Analyst Sr. will be responsible for serving as a consultant within the business on crafting structured commercial agreements. The ability to resolve customer issues and mentor other team members are keys to success!

Responsibilities & Expectations
Prepares and coordinates the creation, redlining, and execution of sophisticated agreements with an emphasis on negotiating terms that improve value and mitigate contractual exposure
Leads communication with internal and external partners to collaborate on contract and document draft/redline/execution
Contributes through identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives, with an eye for tools, ideas, and process improvements to increase efficiencies within the group
Assists the business to find adequate contract solutions for their customers
Crafts new contract templates and updates the existing templates on an as‑needed basis; makes recommendations to our policies and guidelines for commercial contracts
Collaborates with various partners with new business development opportunities and/or special projects
Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
Required: High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in preparing natural gas midstream, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture agreements
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, energy management, finance, accounting, or paralegal studies
Other Requirements
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
Prior experience with contract management systems (e.g. Cobblestone Contract Insight)
Preferred: Strength in communicating with varying audiences
Preferred: Ability to multitask and prioritize work, including coordinating with multiple internal partners
