for someone who: Has an outgoing, confident personality Isn’t afraid to talk to 40+ business owners in a week Understands sales is a numbers game Is willing to work 45–50 hours a week to win Wants commission income and doesn’t want capped earnings Is coachable and hungry You DO need: Strong work ethic Resilience Energy The ability to handle rejection The desire to make serious income If you are the type of person who says: “Give me the phone, give me a list, I’ll figure it out,” you’ll thrive here. What You’ll Do
Prospect and generate new small business opportunities Run appointments (virtual and phone) Educate business owners on a better way to offer healthcare Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently Close new business and drive enrollments Success comes from activity. If you speak with 40 qualified prospects, you will close business. How Success Is Measured

An Arizona Health (or Health & Life) Producer License is required. If you don’t currently have one, employment will be
