About This Role This is a

full-time, entry-level Sales Position

focused on helping small business owners offer truly affordable healthcare to their teams.

Every small business you bring on board means families who no longer have to worry about medical debt, high deductibles, or choosing between care and groceries. You won’t just sell a product — you’ll sell a better way to do healthcare.

This Sales Position is built for someone who wants to earn based on performance, not tenure.

You’ll succeed here if you:

Have an outgoing, confident personality

Aren’t afraid to talk to 40+ business owners in a week

Understand that sales is a numbers game

Are willing to work 45–50 hours a week to win

Want commission income with uncapped earning potential

Are coachable, competitive, and hungry

You do

not

need prior insurance experience.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and generate new small business opportunities

Run appointments (virtual and phone)

Educate business owners on a better way to offer healthcare

Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently

Close new business and drive enrollments

Success comes from activity.

If you speak with 40 qualified prospects, you will close business.

How Success Is Measured

Conversations started

Appointments booked

New business closed

Commission earned

This is not a “clock in and wait” job. It’s a performance-driven role with real upside.

Licensing An Arizona Health (or Health & Life) Producer License is required.

If you don’t currently have one, employment will

conditional upon passing the licensing exam. We will guide you through the process.

What You’ll Earn

Salary range:

$60,000 salary

On-Target Earnings: $90,000–$140,000 (uncapped commission)

You will not pay anything towards healthcare, this is covered, giving you peace of mind.
