An individual with 3+ years of experience leading a team of 5+ employees (Technicians and Service Advisors) in a high-volume automotive environment
Comfortable working in a performance-based environment where your compensation is tied to hitting specific KPIs, such as sales targets, labor efficiency, and GP margins
