Role Overview As Senior Director, Facility Operations Business, you own the business backbone of OCI facilities— financial rigor, process scalability, vendor economics, and operational data transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Own budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance for facilities operations.
Lead process re-engineering, digital enablement, and operational automation initiatives.
Define and publish KPI frameworks and executive reporting for operational health and spend.
Drive adoption of enterprise business tools supporting scale and compliance.
Partner closely with operations, engineering, procurement, and finance leadership.
