Role Overview As Director, Rack Deployment Operations, you will own global execution of rack deployment programs that directly enable capacity growth. This role is accountable for delivery velocity, quality, safety, and schedule certainty across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Direct multidisciplinary teams through rack deployment lifecycle: planning, installation, turnover, and operational readiness.
Define KPIs and executive reporting for deployment throughput, quality, and defect reduction.
Own vendor, logistics, and supply chain relationships to ensure consistent material availability and execution.
Identify and mitigate deployment risks, schedule conflicts, and systemic delays.
Standardize deployment processes to improve repeatability and scale.
