Responsibilities Brand & Category Leadership

Define and articulate positioning, messaging, and category narrative within healthcare AI

Establish as a thought leader through content, speaking, partnerships, and earned media

Shape how the market understands ambient AI, clinical automation, and the future of clinical work

Ensure consistent, credible storytelling across all external touchpoints

Go-to-Market Strategy

Own ICP definition, segmentation, and messaging by buyer persona

Translate product capabilities into differentiated value propositions for clinicians, administrators, and healthcare organizations

Partner closely with sales to improve conversation quality, sales enablement, and close rates

Design and evolve go-to-market motion as the company scales

Demand & Growth Execution

Build and execute early-stage demand generation across inbound, outbound, and content-led channels

Develop case studies, customer proof points, and narrative assets that build trust in a conservative market

Experiment rapidly, measure signal, and double down on what works

Stand up core marketing infrastructure, tooling, and attribution systems

Team & Function Building

Build the marketing function from zero, initially executing directly before hiring

Establish processes, metrics, and operating rhythms for a scalable marketing organization

Manage agencies and contractors as needed, with a bias toward internal ownership

Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications:

Significant experience in healthcare or healthtech marketing, selling into provider organizations

Prior experience in a senior or lead marketing role, ideally in an early or growth-stage company

Demonstrated ability to build a marketing function and go-to-market strategy from scratch

Strong strategic judgment paired with willingness to execute hands-on

Proven creativity in outreach, storytelling, and narrative development

Comfort operating with limited data, high ambiguity, and fast iteration cycles

Compensation : $200k-$250k, Covers premiums for health benefits
