About Us The Massachusetts Immigrant Collaborative (MIC or the Collaborative) is an engaged statewide partnership of 15, predominantly immigrant-led, direct service organizations supporting immigrant communities of Massachusetts. MIC was established in April of 2020 out of a need to address inequities faced by immigrant communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. We believe that when immigrant communities thrive, our entire nation prospers. MIC expands the capacity of its partner organizations through targeted funding initiatives, shared resources, capacity building, and cross-organization collaboration.
