About the Opportunity A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Manager/Director of Commercial Real Estate with a proven track record in all aspects of leasing and property management for commercial/retail real estate. As a Commercial Real Estate Director, you will be a part of a talented and driven team that thrives on working in a fast‑paced environment and using initiative to create opportunities. Our client is seeking a natural relationship‑builder to form close working relationships and deliver the highest standards of service to tenants.

Role & Responsibilities

Be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of deals for the leasing of company owned commercial space and property management.

Act as the main point of contact between property owners and prospective clients.

Assist the owner in promoting its properties for lease and offer advice to interested clients.

Coordinating with the department head to negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork for the lease of the commercial properties.

Perform comparative market analysis to accurately compute rental value of the owned commercial spaces.

Conduct research on the local market and stay up to date on industry trends.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Analyze the portfolio to ensure best placement in the market.

Formulate thoughtful analyses of owner's properties gauging market comparables, and research.

Prepare marketing materials for exclusive property listings and promote to qualified clients.

Prospect new client relationships, and network with other industry professionals.

Prepare and manage documentation/leases and internal databases to ensure most up‑to‑date property and client information is on record.

Fill current vacancies and develop a plan to fill/renew upcoming leases.

Partner closely with other members of staff to ensure knowledge sharing and cross‑team collaboration.

Maintain relationship with Lenders and annually complete reporting forthe loans.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Self‑motivated and ambitious

Well‑developed communication and relationship‑building skills

Excellent multitasker and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment

A high level of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy

Goal‑oriented

Ability to bounce back from rejection and solve problems creatively

Good knowledge of the local property market

Valid driver's license

8 years’ experience

Ability and experience managing team members to achieve thedepartment goals.

Compensation $150,000 - $200,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
