
Sales and Marketing Event Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and creative Marketing and Sales Coordinator and/or paid Intern to support our Sales Director while serving as the in-park face of our events, group outings, and birthday parties. This role offers hands‑on experience in sales support, event coordination, team leadership, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail‑oriented, highly organized, structured, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the Sales Director to support group sales, events, camps, and birthday parties
Serve as the in-park point of contact for groups and events, welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check‑in process
Lead and coordinate a team of 2–3 party hosts, providing direction and on‑site support
Collaboration and assists in daily content for all social media platforms and including website content related to events, promotions, and park offerings
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional initiatives
Perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may expand based on business needs and intern interests
Preferred Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with guests of all ages
Leadership ability and experience supervising or guiding small teams preferred
Social media savvy with an understanding of current trends and content creation
Organized, dependable, organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable working outdoors and on weekends or holidays as needed
Ability work on your feet in a fast – paced environment and perform effectively under pressure
