Key Tasks & Responsibilities
MIG welding, its defect & elimination of defect.
Spot Welding, its defect & elimination of defect.
Line balancing.
Robot teaching & programming (Panasonic).
Production, Productivity, OEE calculation.
To ensure implementation & maintaining of quality system.
To maintain 5S on the shop floor.
Poka yoke verification on daily basis.
All documentation work related to production like check sheet.
Skill enhancement training of operator.
Involve in all the planning and activities.
Daily Red Bin analysis.
Customer interaction, regarding product issues.
Scrap reduction & rework analysis.
Project dispatching.
Knowledge of TPM, Poka Yoke, 3M, 3R, 3K.
Working Hours Engineer will have the option of fixed or flexible working hours
