FIELD SUPERINTENDENT Responsibilities
Lead
day‑to‑day field operations
for commercial and multifamily construction projects
Manage
site logistics, scheduling, sequencing, and manpower planning
Coordinate and supervise
subcontractors and trade partners
Enforce
site safety, quality control, and compliance standards
Maintain
project schedule and milestone tracking
Conduct
daily jobsite reporting and documentation
Coordinate
inspections, testing, and closeout procedures
Interface directly with
project management, design teams, and ownership
Requirements
5+ years
of experience as a
Superintendent
on
commercial, multifamily, or mixed‑use projects
Strong experience with
urban construction, renovation, or adaptive reuse
preferred
Proven ability to manage
tight schedules, logistics, and subcontractor coordination
Deep knowledge of
construction means and methods
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
OSHA 30 preferred
Proficiency with
Procore or similar project management platforms
PROJECT MANAGER Responsibilities
Manage projects from
preconstruction through closeout
Oversee
budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and buyout
Develop and maintain
project schedules
Lead
subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and change management
Coordinate with
owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
Support
field leadership and resolve constructability issues
Requirements
5+ years
of experience as a
Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer
with a
commercial GC or developer
Experience with
multifamily, new construction, historic renovation, adaptive reuse, or urban construction
strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of
construction financial management and scheduling
Ability to manage
multiple stakeholders and project complexities
Proficiency with
Procore, MS Project, Primavera, or similar systems
Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
