We’re seeking a talented

Senior Director of Global Production Studio

to lead the strategic vision, operational excellence, and creative production execution for Fossil Group’s global content ecosystem in

Richardson, TX . This role is responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end production across brands, channels, and regions — ensuring high‑quality, on‑brand, and commercially effective creative assets delivered at scale.

This leader will drive production innovation, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and speed‑to‑market while elevating creative output across photography, video, digital, social, e‑commerce, and campaign content. The role partners closely with Brand, Creative, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Product, and Regional teams to deliver impactful storytelling that fuels growth and strengthens brand equity globally.

What you’ll do in this role Strategic Leadership Define and evolve the global production studio strategy in alignment with brand and enterprise priorities.

Build scalable production models that support multi‑brand, multi‑channel global campaigns.

Lead transformation initiatives to modernize production workflows, tools, and capabilities.

Champion innovation in content creation, including emerging technologies and AI‑enabled production solutions.

Global Production Oversight Oversee all aspects of content production, including photography, video, post‑production, retouching, and digital asset delivery.

Ensure consistent brand standards and quality across global markets and platforms.

Partner with regional and brand teams to localize content effectively while maintaining global brand integrity.

Establish production calendars aligned to product launches and marketing milestones.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization Design and implement best‑in‑class production processes, workflows, and governance models.

Drive efficiency through resource planning, vendor management, and budget optimization.

Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track studio output, cost management, and speed‑to‑market.

Lead capacity planning and demand forecasting across brands and categories.

Own and manage the global production studio budget.

Negotiate and oversee agency, freelance, and external production partners to maximize value and quality.

Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising creative excellence.

Build and lead a high‑performing, global production team.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creative excellence.

Develop internal capabilities and succession planning strategies.

Encourage continuous learning and innovation within the studio function.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration Serve as a key partner to Creative Directors, Brand Leaders, and Marketing leadership.

Align production priorities with product storytelling, seasonal campaigns, and e‑commerce needs.

Ensure seamless integration between creative development and production execution.

Who You Are

12+ years of experience in global production leadership within fashion, retail, consumer goods, or agency environments.

Proven experience leading multi‑channel content production at scale.

Strong operational acumen with demonstrated ability to build scalable systems and processes.

Experience managing significant budgets and global vendor networks.

Deep understanding of digital, social, and e‑commerce content production.

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Experience leading and developing global teams.
