Energy Management is seeking a highly proactive and analytical sales leader to help scale our organization. This role is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
This leader will own sales execution and sales analytics across the organization. They will manage a team of inside sales executives and work with subject matter experts to achieve targets.
The ideal candidate is a coach that thrives on data. They will be managing a proactive effort to incrementally grow new business in an critical infrastructure industry.
***Must be able to develop junior sales people and have exceptional team building aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets by effectively executing EMC’s go-to-market strategy
Lead, mentor, and recruit an office-based sales team
Partner with subject matter experts to align strategy and initiatives
Own sales processes and data, including bookings, quotes, and sales activity metrics, focusing on both results and accountability
Maintain sales pipeline & CRM hygiene across the organization
Develop sales campaigns for new logo, project, and strategic account business
Required Experience:
Proven success scaling revenue through an office-based sales team
Deep understanding for how to lead through influence rather than formal authority
Familiarity with phone sales processes, including use of CRMs and ERPs
Applicants must be able to fulfill the physical duties of the job, which include being able to reach with hands and arms. Applicants must also be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
The ideal candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills, dedication, will be a team player, and must be able to communicate clearly in English.
